“ What can I say about this place WOW one of best salvadoreño restaurant I always order for delivery and some times big order for the office great food real delicious but the service and the attention from the MASTER CHEF JJ it's amazing every one enjoy food at the office ”
“ They have reopened in Inglewood, between Century and Prairie. Same owners. Same deliciousness. ”
“ This pupuseria is top notch. They have very good food. Obviously the pupusas are the star of the show, but they have other really good items as well. I personally love the pupusas revueltas & pupusas de frijol y queso. On point! I highly recommend the yuca frita, & the plátanos fritos con frijoles y crema. I warn you, the food takes a while to be prepared. It is made to order. If possible, call ahead and order & pickup. Otherwise, you will likely be waiting for about 20-30 minutes or more. The food is worth it though. ”
“ Been here like 3 times to pick up my lunch and boyyyy I've never been disappointed. Pupusas that would make any Salvadorian mother proud? I guess. Cause they're freakin delicious. Two of those bad boys can get me full and two more for later is the formula for me. Food sits heavy in the belly. I've had tiny pupusas and ones with less heft before... and it's really refreshing to find a place that's this filling. Anyways. This place is really easy to pass when you drive by and I only really know I'm close when I see the chase bank next door. There's street parking right in front on the curb, but it can fill up really quick. I don't know if there's something behind it? So I always notice the same group of 4 guys chilling on the table next to the counter every time. Gives the place a mom and pop feel I guess. But I keep thinking it's the owner's buddies that come by all the time? Off topic, but hey, they add to the atmosphere. Anyways. Worth it. Every last bite. ”
“ As a Salvadoran myself I can tell y'all that this restaurant is as traditional as it can get. The pupusas are delicious! I always get the Revueltas (chicharron, beans & cheese). If you don't know what these are well its time to give it a try because in no way is it disappointing. This is a traditional Salvadoran dish that is iconic to our people, its like the tacos for Mexicans. Add some of the salsa & cortido (pickled cabbage) or eat it without the toppings. I enjoy all the soups, my favorite is Sopa De Pata (pig feet soup) I know that might sound discouraging but believe me when I say its full of flavor. I personally don't eat the pigs feet but it is essential. Parking at this location can be a hassle but there's lots of movement so be patient. It can get crowded on the weekends so expect a 30 minute wait time. Make sure to see the host/server & get your name down on the waiting list. ”
“ While it took some time to wait for our order, we were not disappointed at all, Unfortunately since we were planning on eating on the road, we only ordered pupusas, tamales, and a couple drinks. That was not a great plan since they were so tender, hot, and messy that we struggled to keep the car clean while not even driving. Should have just enjoyed the delicious food at a table and ordered more as well. The pupusas were amazingly delicious, especially the ones with cheese. Surprisingly the zucchini & cheese one took the win for the most flavorful. The red salsa that came with it was completely unnecessary, but the spicy slaw was refreshingly delicious and a nice way to cleanse your palette between each pupusa. The tamales were also soft, decadently creamy, and full of flavor. We enjoyed the chicken one a little more than the pork one. The horchata was surprisingly delicious and seemed to have a nutty flavor as well to it. The passion fruit drink was full of flavor and very enjoyable as well. The staff was no-nonsense and professional, seeming to be in a bit of a hurry since there was a crowd and they were eager to make sure everyone got what they ordered and were ready to order before they started, so as not to waste anyone's time. ”
“ I would say that this place will cater to any palate. My family and I are not Salvadorans or Spanish. We were just looking for good food and found it here. Good food, friendly people. Definitely bookmarking this restaurant for the next time we are in LA. ”
